Kerry founded Employee Benefit Solutions (EBS) in January, 2000, after spending 20 years in the health insurance industry, initially as a national account large group underwriter, working on Fortune 50 Clients and creating and filing alternative funding arrangements for the insurance companies. EBS was the first “beta test” Partner of the Cooperative, joining in September of 2009.
Prior to starting EBS, Kerry worked at two large consulting firms, consulting with Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 companies on health and welfare programs, reconfiguration of HRIS and payroll system employee benefit program consolidation and contribution strategies, plan pricing and carrier contracts/negotiation.
Kerry is a co-founder of the Cooperative and is on the Management Committee along with other broker members.
